We offer:
School Holiday Programs:
These sessions are tailored to young people who are seeking fun, interest-based activities while also working toward their NDIS and personal goals. Each school holiday, we offer multiple group programs focused on different interests, providing opportunities for children to socialise with peers in a safe and supportive environment. These programs are designed to help young people engage in enjoyable activities while making progress on their goals and building connections with others.
After School Programs:
We offer a range of interest-based afterschool groups tailored to support participants in developing social, emotional, communication, and independence skills. Our programs include a Technology Group on Mondays from 4:00-5:30 pm, a Brick Club on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 pm, and a Life Skills Group on Thursdays from 3:00-4:30 pm. The Life Skills group focuses on strengthening essential skills such as cooking, cleaning, and navigating the community. We aim to create a fun, supportive environment where children are encouraged to be themselves, enjoy activities, and socialise with others.
Both our school holiday and afterschool programs are guided by our core values of passion and compassion. Our team is dedicated to supporting young adults and children by strengthening skills in a way that aligns with their interests. We offer a range of engaging and interest-based activities that foster growth in social, emotional, communication, and independence skills. We would love to continue supporting more young adults and children with additional group programs tailored to their unique needs. Each session is designed to align with the individual goals of each participant, ensuring they receive the guidance and encouragement needed to achieve success in their journey.
During your first group therapy session, you can expect to be welcomed into a supportive and confidential environment. The therapist will typically start by introducing the group’s purpose, guidelines and structure. Each participant will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, though you are not required to share anything you’re not comfortable with. The first session often focuses on building trust and establishing a safe space for everyone to share and participate in future discussions.
